By following some simple rules, getting your baby sleep through the night should be achieved with ease and quicker than simply putting it to bed hoping for the best. First, observe for how long and when your baby sleeps, feeds and rests. You d think you already know this, but never the less make out a chart and write everything down. This will establish two things; you ll detect a pattern on how long your baby spends on each activity and at what times it does so. There are times when they are not well or too hot but most often they wake up to be fed. Feeding before your baby sleep night will give it a much better rest and will last as long as possible.
